I was fortunate enough to be born and reared in Tishomingo County, MS only 30 minutes from Pickwick Lake and have been enjoying its fishing and recreation offerings all of my life.

Some of my fondest memories as a child are running trotlines with my father and uncles and walking the banks of Pickwick fishing while camping with my family.

Bay Springs Lake which is only 10 minutes from my childhood home was opened in 1984 and I was there for the historic grand opening. Since then Bay Springs has provided me with many enjoyable fishing days including a team tournament where my partner and I weighed in 7 bass that weighed 32.30 lbs.

I have been a fisherman all my life and have been doing it competitively since 1989. I currently fish the FLW Mississippi Division of the WalMart Bass Fishing League. I am a two time FLW WalMart Bass Fishing League regional qualifier. I have numerous open tournament wins and high finishes on Pickwick and Bay Springs Lake.

I have been guiding since 1998 and can honestly say I really enjoy all aspects of guiding. A couple of things I like most about guiding is teaching people to be better fisherman and helping people have fun and to relax during their trip. I really enjoy meeting and getting to know people from all over our fine country who share the common bond of fishing. My goal is to provide you with a day of fishing to remember. While I cannot assure you of catching either large numbers of fish or that lunker of a lifetime, I can assure you that I will put forth every effort possible to make your trip a fruitful and enjoyable one.

Dear Todd,
"I can't thank you enough for that great day of fishing - I tell everyone about the 3 states and 7 species in one day and they are amazed by it."

Todd,

I just wanted to drop you a line and tell you thanks for the great guided fishing trip you provided for my family and I this summer.  You were a true professional from the time we met up and rode to the boat launch with you to the time we departed.  I appreciate that while you were most interested in helping us catch as many large fish as possible that you were equally gracious in demonstrating various bass fishing techniques.  The educational experience was invaluable.  It is a real art to be able to teach while simultaneously making your guest feel relaxed and at ease.  I am additionally thankful for you showing us the ropes on the various lures and tackle that are available these days.  Don't hesitate to list me as a reference if you wish as I would gladly recommend your services to anyone-beginner to advanced angler alike.

Sincerely,

Dr. Tim Noyes

PS  Your boat was awesome-both eye catching and high performance!
